Luxury hotel & clean, its location is beautiful to the bar run by Cyril-to the wonderful restaurant. Overall the room is big size, tastefully decorated and includes an electronic key card, coffee/tea making machines, and a work desk. The gourmet restaurant with excellent service is what you need.

I had very positive stay, the place is absolutely fantastic and intimate!
the selection of fine slices of fresh bread, cereal, and pastries was a bonus. the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, the room was big. its location was great, to cook as everything is pre-prepared, and in a special area.

The bed was comfortable, bath was also good, rooms are stylish.
When we arrived, they first offered us a so called 'upgrade' for extra money. When we wanted to see the room we booked (comfort) we saw that it was a disabled room and they said that was the only one left. It was ridiculous that they could not provide the room we booked other than the disabled version but still asked for extra money for another room that they tried to fool us by saying it is an upgrade to an executive room. We still chose for the so called executive room since we didn't want a room for disabled people. But later on we discovered after seeing other people's regular comfort rooms (which we had also booked), that they were bigger than our 'executive room'. The rooms are dark in general but our so called upgraded room was even darker. All the rooms have extremely small closet space. More importantly, the staff was rude and claimed that we had what we reserved since we didn't pay the real price and got a good deal! They lied to us by saying they offer upgrades for everyone, not only to us because they were giving us a disabled room, but as we guessed, they did not offer our friends any upgrade, who got a regular comfort room (even for the same price). Moreover the bathroom floors were never cleaned during our 6 night stay since the leftovers from the previous customers were there until we left. Another leftover was in the bedroom: a piece of bread from the previous customer! Also the gate to the hotel is closed randomly at night so you have to wait 15 minutes outside until someone opens the door. They say there is a bell as an excuse, when we actually rang it the whole time! We should also mention that the cleaners entered the room even though do not disturb sign was on. Also, keep in mind that they can not iron suits in a few hours, they need one day for that. Overall a huge disappointment. Such a small, unprofessional hotel that is not well kept, exactly opposite of what we thought would get. We were fooled by the positive feeling they give online.

Breakfast was ok, but certainly not a 5 star category, here very nice staff. Beds quality was very good, spa area very nice, unfortunately unengaged staff, a pity.
Reception rather cool, not helpful, no water in the rooms except small bottles in the minibar for a fee.
